Replatforming to BigCommerce for Flexibility and Performance
After conducting a detailed platform strategy, we identified BigCommerce as the ideal solution for La-Z-Boy’s needs. We seamlessly transitioned their eCommerce operations from Magento 2 to BigCommerce, leveraging the platform's scalability, reliability and ease of use. This move provided La-Z-Boy with a stable foundation to manage increasing traffic and deliver a smooth online shopping experience.

Custom Middleware Solution for ERP Integration
We built a tailored middleware solution to integrate BigCommerce with La-Z-Boy’s ERP system. This integration enables automatic product syndication, ensuring that product data, pricing, and inventory levels remain up-to-date in real time. The custom solution simplifies backend operations, reduces manual data entry and guarantees accuracy across all product listings.

Centralised PIM Integration
To streamline product catalog management, we integrated a Product Information Management (PIM) system, centralising product data for efficient updates across multiple channels.

Enhanced Content Control with a Custom CMS Manager
To empower La-Z-Boy’s marketing team, we extended BigCommerce’s native page builder features by developing a custom CMS manager. This tool gives the marketing team greater control over content creation, updates and scheduling, allowing them to plan and publish campaigns efficiently without technical assistance.

Real-Time Availability Calculator for Accurate Stock and Shipping Information
We developed a real-time availability calculator that integrates seamlessly with La-Z-Boy’s ERP system. This tool provides customers with accurate stock availability and precise shipping dates directly on the product pages & checkout. By improving transparency and reliability, this feature enhances the customer experience and helps drive purchasing decisions.
